Citycare is delivering the NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) for the Primary Care Trust in the Hull area and is now recognised as one of the leading LIFT organisations in the country. Because of this success the company is being actively encouraged to broaden its services and mode of delivery into the wider sub region.

This PPP (Public Private Partnership) is responsible for property development, design, construction, maintenance and estates management services, providing over £100m worth of investment that will deliver a step change to Hull's primary care estate.

The aim is to provide Hull with a community-focused, robust and sustainable primary care network over the coming years. Plans and objectives will underpin the modernisation of primary and community care in the city, whilst securing significant improvements to the health of local people. This is becoming a major part of Hull’s rapidly regenerating Cityscape.

To realise this vision, a close working relationship is being developed with other agencies who share a similar vision for the city and sub region.
